1. Customer will purchase domain subscription through GreenHouse FX or transfer existing domain to GreenHouse FX Website Building services for management.

2. Website building will not begin until purchase of a GreenHouse Website Building service is complete.

3. Customer will purchase any and all plug in services and/or subscriptions needed/wanted for his/her webpage.

4. After webpage is built and launched, the customer has 30 days to purchase a GreenHouse Webpage management subscription without a sign up fee.

5. At the completion of the webpage, if the customer opts out of a GreenHouse Webpage management subscription and allows 30 days to pass then decides to subscribe to a GreenHouse Webpage management subscription, a $50 sign up fee plus the first month’s fee will be expected at check out.

6. If the customer opts out of a GreenHouse Webpage management subscription but still wishes for GreenHouse FX to manage and/or make necessary changes to their website on a case by case basis, there will be an upcharge depending on the type of labor requested.

7. If the customer opts out of a GreenHouse Webpage management subscription completely to manage his/her own page, the passwords will be changed and handed over to the customer completely.

8. GreenHouse FX will not be liable or responsible for any further management of the customer’s website business if it is completely turned over to the customer.

9. GreenHouse Webpage management subscription can be canceled at anytime. The customer will have the remainder of that month, if not the last day of that month, to request changes. After the end of the month of the requested cancelation, if changes are required and GreenHouse FX is still managing the customer’s domain and webpage, the case by case fees for labor will be required for necessary changes.

10. All pictures, videos, logos, etc. wanted on the customer’s website will be customer provided.

11. No refunds only cancelation of subscription.
